Enjoy Capitaland's premier Irish band, Kilashandra at their next show! Sláinte!

Chris Gil, founder, guitarist, vocalist and all around good guy personality brings the Celtic identity to Kilashandra. Chris’ voice can instantly bring you to the Gaelic green and red hills of Ireland as the band propels the dance floor around you. His command of the genre is evident in every performance. Chris Gil, the man, the myth, the cool guy with the cap and guitar singing his heart out. You be the judge.

Paul "Pauly" Graves, an experienced musician based out of the Capital Region brings his mix of blues based tube screaming solos and folksy funky acoustic rhythm guitar to this Irish Rock/Blues Jam band. With influences like Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Mayer and Eric Clapton he is sure to leave you wanting to hear more.

Greg Engel, your local rock fiddle God. Twenty years of bowing moves your feet and produces tears simultaneously. Tastes of Boyd Tinsley, Stéphane Grappelli, Jean-Luc Ponty and Andrew Bird are evident, and they linger in your mouth. If you didn't know now you do, this is the Great Grandson of the famous Flanagan Brothers banjoist Michael Flanagan.

Denis “DK” Kelly drums, vocals and fictitious musical terms. DK brings over 30 years of road worn experience to the Kilashandra clan. Raised in a musical family and toured the US before relocating back to the Albany area from NYC, DK is the engine that drives Kilashandra. This cat is the killin’ machine of the band. Constantly policing the groove and keeping things in order. Whether Rockin’ a “reel” or fueling a straight ahead rebel cry this guy lays it down like linoleum!

Brad James aka B. Willie James to the Celtic crowd, brings the groove to Kill a Sandra ( from all beny) through his effortless bass lines. When this cat lays it down, it stays down! Perfectly percolating with drummer Kelley to create a “stomping grove” that keeps the dance floor packed.
